Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • A wrong item has been delivered

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Size issues
  • Color differences (due to lighting/photography)
  • Change of mind

हम केवल निम्न स्थितियों में रिटर्न स्वीकार करते हैं:

  • उत्पाद damaged हो
  • उत्पाद defective हो
  • गलत आइटम डिलीवर हुआ हो

❌ निम्न कारणों पर रिटर्न स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा:

  • साइज से संबंधित समस्या
  • रंग में हल्का अंतर (फोटोग्राफी/लाइटिंग के कारण)
  • मन बदलना

2. Return Request Process

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
  • Requests without proper proof may not be accepted
  • ग्राहक को डिलीवरी के 24 घंटे के अंदर समस्या की सूचना देनी होगी
  • Unboxing video अनिवार्य है
  • बिना सही प्रमाण के request स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी

3. Return Approval

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided
  • The company reserves the right to accept or reject return requests after verification
  • आपकी request verify होने के बाद आगे की जानकारी दी जाएगी
  • कंपनी को रिटर्न request स्वीकार या अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार है

4. Pickup & Return Shipping

  • If the issue is valid (damaged/wrong product), we will arrange a pickup or guide you for return shipping
  • In other approved cases (if applicable), shipping charges
  • यदि समस्या सही पाई जाती है (damaged/wrong product), तो हम pickup arrange करेंगे या return के लिए guide करेंगे
  • अन्य मामलों में (यदि लागू हो), shipping charges ग्राहक को देने होंग

5. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours after approval
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • रिटर्न किए गए उत्पाद की जांच के बाद ही refund process होगा
  • Approval के बाद 24–48 घंटे के अंदर refund शुरू किया जाएगा
  • राशि उसी payment method में वापस की जाएगी

6. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered
  • The product is returned without original packaging
  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery

    निम्न स्थितियों में रिटर्न स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा:
  • उत्पाद उपयोग किया गया हो, धुला हुआ हो या बदला गया हो
  • उत्पाद original packaging के बिना हो
  • request डिलीवरी के 24 घंटे बाद की गई हो

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
  • ऑर्डर करने के 24 घंटे के अंदर उसे cancel किया जा सकता है
  • ऑर्डर dispatch होने के बाद cancellation संभव नहीं है

8. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only in the following cases:
    • Damaged product received
    • Defective product
    • Wrong item delivered
  • Exchange is not applicable for:
    • Size issues
    • Color differences
    • Change of mind
  • Customers must request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video
  • Exchange will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
    • A similar product, or
    • A refund (as per policy)
  • हम केवल निम्न स्थितियों में exchange प्रदान करते हैं:
    • damaged उत्पाद प्राप्त हुआ हो
    • defective उत्पाद हो
    • गलत आइटम डिलीवर हुआ हो
  • निम्न कारणों पर exchange उपलब्ध नहीं है:
    • साइज से संबंधित समस्या
    • रंग में अंतर
    • मन बदलना
  • ग्राहक को 24 घंटे के अंदर exchange request करनी होगी और unboxing video देना अनिवार्य है
  • Exchange तभी process होगा जब return product receive और verify हो जाएगा
  • यदि वही product उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो:
    • समान उत्पाद दिया जा सकता है, या
    • refund (policy के अनुसार) दिया जाएगा

9. Important Notes

  • Customers are advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package
  • No claims will be entertained without proper proof
  • Ashina Creation is not responsible for minor variations in color or design
  • ग्राहक को पैकेज खोलते समय clear unboxing video रिकॉर्ड करना चाहिए
  • बिना सही प्रमाण के कोई claim स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा
  • रंग या डिजाइन में हल्के अंतर के लिए Ashina Creation जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा
