1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- In case of high order volume, processing may take additional time.
- सभी ऑर्डर payment confirmation के बाद 1–3 कार्य दिवसों में process किए जाते हैं।
- रविवार और सार्वजनिक छुट्टियों पर ऑर्डर process या ship नहीं किए जाते।
- अधिक ऑर्डर होने पर processing में अतिरिक्त समय लग सकता है।
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any promotional offers such as free shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website or product page.
यदि लागू हो, तो shipping charges checkout के समय दिखाए जाएंगे। Free shipping जैसे offers वेबसाइट या product page पर स्पष्ट रूप से बताए जाएंगे।
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, and external factors. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
पूरे भारत में अनुमानित डिलीवरी समय 4–7 कार्य दिवस है। स्थान, कूरियर सेवा और अन्य कारणों के अनुसार समय बदल सकता है। सटीक डिलीवरी की गारंटी नहीं दी जाती।
4. Shipping Partners
We use trusted third-party courier services to deliver orders safely and efficiently.
हम सुरक्षित और तेज डिलीवरी के लिए विश्वसनीय third-party courier services का उपयोग करते हैं।
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/email. Customers can track their order using the provided tracking link.
ऑर्डर ship होने के बाद आपको SMS/WhatsApp/email के माध्यम से tracking ID प्राप्त होगी। आप दिए गए link से अपने ऑर्डर को track कर सकते हैं।
6. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier issues
- Remote location delivery
- Public holidays
Ashina Creation is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
डिलीवरी में देरी निम्न कारणों से हो सकती है:
- मौसम की स्थिति
- कूरियर से संबंधित समस्याएं
- दूरस्थ स्थानों पर डिलीवरी
- सार्वजनिक छुट्टियां
Third-party courier services के कारण होने वाली देरी के लिए Ashina Creation जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
7. Incorrect Address
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may fail or be delayed. Any additional shipping cost due to incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
ग्राहकों को सही shipping details प्रदान करनी होंगी। गलत या अधूरी जानकारी देने पर डिलीवरी असफल या देरी हो सकती है। ऐसी स्थिति में अतिरिक्त shipping charges ग्राहक को देने होंगे।
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
कूरियर पार्टनर कई बार डिलीवरी का प्रयास कर सकते हैं। यदि ग्राहक उपलब्ध नहीं होता, तो ऑर्डर वापस लौटाया जा सकता है। ऐसे मामलों में re-shipping charges लागू हो सकते हैं।
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, you must:
- Record an unboxing video
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
यदि आपको damaged या incomplete ऑर्डर मिलता है, तो आपको:
- unboxing video रिकॉर्ड करना होगा
- डिलीवरी के 24 घंटे के अंदर शिकायत दर्ज करनी होगी
बिना उचित प्रमाण के claims स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।
10. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. (This may be updated in the future.)
वर्तमान में हम international shipping प्रदान नहीं करते हैं। (भविष्य में इसे अपडेट किया जा सकता है।)
